As Smilon operates under the umbrella of “Hold Co,” it’s crucial for our users to familiarize themselves with and adhere to the data privacy terms laid out by “Hold Co.” Both this Policy and that of “Hold Co” are integral to understanding your rights and our responsibilities regarding personal data.
